We’re a small, hands-on operation, and every order is packed with care right here in our Sisters, Oregon workshop. We do our best to get your candles on their way as quickly as possible, but please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to ship.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. When you add any three candles (any size) to your cart, we cover the cost of standard shipping (3-5 business days) for addresses in the continental US. For the free shipping option (3 + candles), we select the shipping carrier based on the lowest cost (unless there's a negligible difference in cost to get it to your door a day faster). If you are only buying 1-2 candles (or if you're upgrading to expedited shipping) you will be able to select the shipping carrier.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey. Delivery times will vary depending on where you’re located.
